Mint Asset Management is a boutique investment firm focussing on a targeted group of investment strategies.
Mint's unique value proposition needed to be reflected in a highly engaging and dynamic website. They approached us to redevelop their website to provide a high quality experience for potential investors, existing investors, and media.
Our approach
Financial services can be intimidating for new investors. We created a design that was inviting and used imagery that put the user at ease. We structured the layout of content to allow for potential investors to easily find useful information and journey to making contact, while also providing rich fund performance data for experienced investors.
Boutique offering
Mint Asset Management provide customers a personalised experience, and so do Toast. So we worked closely with Mint's marketing, management, and reporting teams to ensure the website met all stakeholder needs. As a financial sector player, Mint needed a website that followed best security practise - Silverstripe is a no-brainer.
The web solution
Mint Asset Management needed their website to present a large amount of information, including up-to-date fund performance data. The challenge was to make all this information accessible to users, as well as allow staff to update this information frequently in an efficient manner.
Key to this is an intuitive navigation which makes it easy for users to access the information they need. This includes easy access to investor resources, fund information, media, and contact info.
Special consideration was given to a quality, dynamic experience on both desktop and mobile display, including a large typeface, and a low-friction contact form that even the most technically-challenged user can easily navigate.
Unique iconography
We developed a series of unique icons which illustrate the Mint Asset Management value pillars. Working closely with Mint's management and marketing, we created a series of clever icons representing Mint's funds, values, and philosophy.
Engaging & flexible
Plenty of dynamic elements on the website maximise visitor engagement, while at the same time, the use of smooth transitions helps customers feel calmed and at ease.
The website was carefully designed and built using Silverstripe to give Mint full control over the content, and to ensure the website is SEO-friendly and beautifully responsive on any device.
