Fair Dinkum Builds is one of Australia's largest and most trusted names in sheds and patios. Formerly Fair Dinkum Sheds, they wanted a website that reflects their evolution from a manufacturer of only sheds, to a more diverse offer of sheds and patios.
As a franchise, they also wanted the website to provide a hub for franchisees and to ensure users can easily locate a franchisee near them.
The Fair Dinkum Builds customer was at the forefront of all the design and development decisions we made for the site. A clean and dynamic layout, as well intuitive user-focussed tools, ensure an outstanding user-experience and promote the brand message of Fair Dinkum Builds - anything is possible!

We built the web solution for Fair Dinkum using the powerful Silverstripe framework. Leveraging the full capabilities of Silverstripe makes it possible to manage logins, forms, and other complexities of the website, as well as to integrate a range of third party APIs.
Superior SEO and responsive design
We work closely with Fair Dinkum's SEO specialist to tailor SEO to their specific requirements, and to help ensure superior SEO performance for the site. This is further boosted by use of the SEO-friendly Silverstripe framework for the web solution.
Using the Silverstripe framework also supported our build of a beautiful, seamless responsive design for the site: making it equally accessible and user-friendly on a mobile phone as on a laptop.

An interactive locations map using the Google Maps API makes it a breeze for customers to find their nearest Fair Dinkum Builds franchise. Once they have found the franchise of their choice, custom tools and interactive forms help make it easy to contact the franchise directly.
Clever use of hotspot images produces an uncluttered and targeted way to allow users to access the information they need, and strategically placed calls--to-action encourage conversion and engagement.
Ongoing maintenance and support
Our retainer agreement with Fair Dinkum Builds means that we provide them, and all their franchisee members, with ongoing web support. We have weekly meetings with the franchise owner to review the site and to discuss any updates needed. This means we can respond swiftly to user feedback and can constantly enhance the web solution to ensure it is meeting all its objectives.
