Masonary Design Solutions (MDS) are passionate about designing stunning homes that will be enjoyed by families for generations to come.
They approached us to develop a brand identity that would reflect the architectural nature of the business and be in harmony with the gorgeous hero photography of their design work.
They also asked us to design a range of brand collateral, and to develop a website to showcase their work.
MDS design exclusive, high-end homes, so we made sure the colour palette for their brand reflects this. Our choice of gold, black, and grey clearly expresses this premium brand message.
MDS were clear: It was important that none of the elements of their brand, including the logo, should overpower the images showing their work. As a result, they wanted a flat logo that was simple but memorable.
We developed a logo that clearly reflects the high-end MDS brand and their exclusive offer. We achieved a 3D feel for the 2D logo through clever use of the company name, in striking black, with a little gold block extrusion (representing a cinderblock).
MDS wanted a website that would allow them to showcase their design work and generate leads. They wanted the photographs of the gorgeous homes they have designed to dominate the site, while at the same time making it easy for potential customers to contact them. To this end we ensured prominent calls-to-action and integrated a form for contacting MDS direct.
We ensured the MDS brand identity was prominent throughout all the collateral we developed for them. We designed everything from building wraps, to brochures, notepads, and their website, with a consistent look and feel of a quality high-end brand.
Aware of the fact that potential MDS clients would be accessing the MDS site on a range of devices, we designed the website to ensure an optimal viewing experience on everything from a desktop computer to a mobile phone.
We also needed to ensure that the website was SEO-friendly to help improve the calibre and quantity of web traffic to the website.
We were supported in these goals by using the powerful Silverstripe framework to build the MDS website.
